The planning stage is your chance to let your creative choices flow, and pick out cabinets, appliances, light fixtures and more. Keep in mind this step happens at whatever pace you’re comfortable with. You can plan anytime from anywhere with no time constraint.
Step 3 is where everything comes together in preparation for building. Sizes, measurements and angles need to be worked out in advance in order to make sure the building process goes as smoothly as possible.
Finally, it’s time to build and turn your vision of home into a reality.
Once the building is done, it’s time to clean-up and remove anything left behind. After your home is left tidy and fresh, you’ll then do a walkthrough inspection with your project manager to note any areas of concern and answer any questions about maintenance. Your project manager will leave you with a tidy binder filled with an invoice, warranty, product/maintenance tips and contact information for future reference.
